How pricing works.
Every project has two parts. The setup fee covers scoping, design, building, and launch. The monthly subscription covers hosting, maintenance, bug fixes, and ongoing support. Pricing is based on what’s actually in the build — workflow complexity, integrations, and automation scope. AI is included where it genuinely fits, not sold as a separate tier. Most systems land between $2,500–$8,000 for setup.

Is the setup fee refundable?
No — it’s earned once dedicated work begins. Scoping, planning, and design work starts before a line of code is written.
Do I own the code?
You get full use rights during the subscription. Full code ownership is available via a separate buyout agreement if that matters to you.
What if my needs change mid-build?
Scope changes happen. Small pivots are handled in the existing budget. Larger additions get a fast quote and can be slotted into the next build cycle.
How long does a build take?
Most systems are live in 4–8 weeks depending on scope. Complex integrations or larger builds may run longer — scoped and agreed up front.
What if I want to stop the subscription?
You can cancel with 30 days’ notice. The system stays accessible for the remainder of the billing period. Data export is always available.
